I LOVE the outdoors in the fresh air training all ages & fitness levels.

My personal specific focus is three fold:

  1. Strength training the whole body
  2. SPARTAN/OBSTACLE TRAINING
  3. Long distance/endurance running or walking, trails & road.

With knowledge & status over a 17 year careeer so far, I have completed many, many events.

Here is my snap shot:

  • ROAD – 5k, 10k, 15km, 21.1km, 30km & 7 x marathons  – Done
  • TRAIL – 5k, 10k, 21.1km, 30km, 3 x marathons, 1 x 50km & 3 x Ultra 100km marathons – Done
  • TEAM – 3 x Super SPARTANS & 1 x Winter Warrior – Done

I look forward to chatting and training with you. I have been a PT for over 2 years and with Krazdfit (formerly Step into Life) as a member & trainer for 3 years.

As your trainer, your success is my success. Together we strive to improve ourselves every day. Together we adopt my seven habits:

  1. My focus is you and your goals - not just my projection based on my opinions
  2. People are #1 - as a mum, wife & full time worker, my passion is health, training & fitness. You will get the best of me
  3. Health, training & fitness - I love running & enjoy training with all our Krazdfit members. From 21 year olds through to 70 year olds, I enjoy all aspects that are required to help you improve
  4. I Explain things like anatomy, proper form and exercise selection - if we can up the anti, we will, or deliver regressive exercises as well based on our communication to assist you
  5. I keep our training fun, flowing & un complex - we focus on your strengths as well as any weaknesses you may have
  6. A little bit of exercise can't make up for a lot of poor eating decisions - I offer my members some "extra credit" assignments to do in between sessions. Life is busy, I understand that & can help plan & execute better decisions so everything isn't a struggle
  7. Questions & positive communication - together we work on constant improvement. Chatting while training & messages outside of training ensure we are offering you the best service possible
